About me

I am Gedó Benjámin, a bodybuilding and fitness coach, competition prep and natural bodybuilder. I was introduced to the world of weight training more than 14 years ago, when I went to a gym on my own accord at the age of 13, overweight. Since then, weight training has been a part of my life and I love every moment of it. After I felt I had gained enough practice and knowledge, I started helping people achieve their goals in 2021. Since then, I have managed to help more than two hundred people sleep healthier, become more aware and confident. 

What can you expect when working together?

First of all, the most important thing is to decide for yourself: I really want to! This is a joint work, and so we can do anything. My nutritional advice is always personalized, and you will be able to eat a variety of foods that you like. I think it is important that a diet does not involve suffering. During your weight training, you will learn to use the machines correctly and perform the exercises regularly, so that you can develop continuously and safely, while protecting your joints.

My goal is for people to learn how to train properly, use weights safely, perform exercises properly, and eat in a way that makes a healthy lifestyle more than just “chicken and rice.” In today’s fast-paced world, more and more processed foods are on store shelves, and this is partly why many people are obese. However, with a little attention and 30-40 minutes of time spent a day, you can make many delicious, healthy meals from better quality ingredients. My personal goals include making the most of my genetic potential and setting an example: it is indeed possible to achieve an outstanding physique without steroids and performance enhancers.
