“52 kilos minus – starting a conscious life again”

Anti started at 152 kg and reached a body weight of 100 kg with a conscious lifestyle and perseverance. After losing weight, the focus was on maintaining a stable body weight. During the process, she did not starve – she ate delicious food, her diet was personalized, and we gradually incorporated exercise into her everyday life. Her knee and back pain disappeared, her well-being improved significantly, and she was able to reduce her blood pressure medication by a quarter. Ábel's goal was to gain muscle, which he achieved in an amazing way with disciplined work and consistent training. Step by step, he has become stronger, and today he is not only physically, but also much more confident mentally. However, this is just one stage - the work together continues, the next goal is 85 kg.
